    warm rhubarb-raspberry dressing & other wierd

    Well, I can always rely on him concocting an atypical salad and salad dressing. So the creative dish tonight was a salad with lettuce, carrots, orange pepper, even...some sliced raw daikon with fresh chopped cilantro, some chopped green onion, maybe there were raisins....all topped with a dressing he made up on the fly...a warmed dressing made from raw rhubarb, frozen raspberries, honey, abit of dijon mustard ..and some yogurt to soften the whole taste.

    It actually works.

    Now he's inventing dessert, some creation with the leftover warmed rhubarb-raspberry with honey (but without mustard)...and unsweetened cocoa.. Now he just poured red wine (leftover) on top..

    At our home..there are always culinary surprises!
