That's so funny. They say that all the hype is wrong, but then they say you do need the proteins and carbs right afterwards. They said that you don't need much, but in their example, they suggested 2 eggs for protein, or a piece of chicken. That's alot! And, for carbs, they said 27 ounces of juice would be enough. 27 ounces??? That's a HUGE serving. I don't know if I could drink that much.
