    15 grams of protein a day???? Forget it. My muscles get sore and I'm really tired if I'm getting less than 50 or 60 grams. When I'm doing regular weight training and building muscle, I need even more than that.

    Anyway it would be hard to get so little protein unless all you were eating was high fructose corn syrup! Even if you were getting your entire caloric requirements from orange juice you'd have 18 grams of protein per 2000 calories!
