Well...it depends. Do you want "oh, I love to do this one"? Or, "I just love to hate this one"?

I'll second Hillacious. It is good for keeping climbing muscles over the winter and I enjoy the fact that some of the participants aren't sleek and muscled. I tend to like the hill-related ones so I also like Uphill Grind and really like the Tucson virtual reality DVD. I hate sprinting style intervals, but I don't complain as much when I do No Slackers.

The Aero Base series is, to me, just work. I can't say that I like them or hate them--they are necessary. For a longer workout, I'll do part of the Hard Core 100--either starting from the beginning or part way in so that I finish when they do. I know. I know. Evil Coach Troy says you aren't supposed to do that, but ECT doesn't live in my basement so I do what keeps me riding and in shape.

I have several of chris carmichael's TrainRight DVDs - climbing I and II, sprinting, time trialing. I turn off the sound (his voice grates on me and it's "lance this" and "lance that") but I like the workouts! I do his more than I do Evil Coach Troy's workouts.
