Awesome training month. You'll be ready for IMKY in no time. Just take care of your knee.

Oh, and I agree with the others - you are looking like an Ironman! And as a side note, your place doesn't look that bad in comparision to mine. Right now I have the excuse of moving, but I usually don't.

Wow, I'm completely exhausted just reading all of your training. You seriously rock though, and I'm so impressed.

This might be a random question but what time are you going to bed each night if you are getting up each morning at 5:30? I can only imagine that all that training is especially tiring plus the early morning rise time.

Thanks for the compliments. Honestly, I'm probably not doing any more... and in fact probably less... than some other amazing ladies have done around here.

I try to get in bed by 9:30 PM every night. It's still hard to wake up at 5:30.

Then today I didn't have to train in the AM... and I was at work by 7:45 AM, and I wasn't even rushing or anything! I'm just too use to getting up early I guess. I even woke up before the alarm went off at 6:45 AM.

Some days I am tired. But my body has adpted pretty well to everything, amazingly enough.

Then last night I'm laying in bed and I realized that my journey to Ironman is almost over! Only 3 months left! It's just so odd that it's almost here. I signed up August 2007... and here I am nearing the end.
