I was at 164 on Friday. ho hum, dee dum . . . I am in my classic pattern of one good loss (week one of this challenge) followed by weeks on end of tiny ups and downs or staying the same. Any time now I should be due for another good loss. Please, please, let it be so.

I really had a great week and am hitting the gym every day! Probably need to mix it up and do some other kind of exercise. I'm off to the Florida Keys on Sunday for a week of blue water... just hope I can do it without gaining!!
