Do I love Specialized?...I guess you could say that

    Road:
    99 Sirrus
    04 Allez Comp
    08 Tarmac S-works

    MTN:
    02 Stumpjumper FSR
    07 Hardrock

    Hybrid:
    04 Crossroads

    BMX:
    07 Fuse

    Kids:
    06 Hotrock

I also have about every Body Geometry accessory you can name...shoes, helmets, shorts....

As far as dealing with the company? The local reps are great, they sponsor my race team, they are sponsoring my friend for RAAM, they've given presentations and demos for my club. But what endeared me the most was the one time I had a warranty issue with one of my helmets, I called the CA number and A PERSON answered the phone! Not an automated system, but an actual person! I expalined my problem and the short and sweet answer was "no problem...just take it to any dealer"

I have a 2007 Specialized tricross sport, which I still dearly love after a year. She is just perfect for my needs.

I have the 2006 version and still love it. Handles both road and trail equally well which is perfect for around here and serves me well for long distances too.

I have the 2005 version of the specialized tri cross sport and I love it more every year.
It's super versatile- great for mountain type dirt road & trail riding- an easy commuter, and although I don't race it's great for the long group rides- I did 66 miles yesterday and felt great at the end of it.

I have a chance to buy a 2008 specialized tarmac at an amazing price. test drove it 3 weeks ago and I still keep dreaming of it being my bike...but am reluctant to spend my discretionary funds on another bike... but it rides so fine-
