LOL Ahhh, much better! Now the picture doesn't look like it was taken at the turn of the century.

The following ride that I had to cancel with you, I had a horrible bronchial cough thing going on...it took 2 weeks for me to be able to sleep all night w/out coughing fits!!!

How did your brother do on that ride by the way?????

#1 lesson: When you can't sleep due to the continual coughing fits (I know it sounds weird but it works!!) put vicks vapo rub on the soles of your feet then put socks on (so you don't get your sheets all icky) and go to bed. It keeps you from coughing!

My bro had a rotten time. He had three flats all within just a couple of miles from the house plus a bee sting!!! We finally just called my husband to come and pick my bro up and me and Leanne just rode on. We finally figured out that the bike he had borrowed had a cracked rim so it kept making flats. Argh!!! But we put my rear wheel off of my old bike (spocket!!) onto the borrowed bike and went for a ride later that week. Poor guy was really frustrated.

That's a funny photo. And yup they were trying to spell Hood - that's my DH making the H with his jacket. He's kinda goofy.

Does that really work??? I've heard of that before...told myself I would try it...but completely forgot about it when I really needed it!! How could that possible stop you from coughing???

I don't know how it works (probably an accupressure point thing or something) but it does. It helped me with the crud last time.
