Wish I could - I coach for TNT which is the US fundraiser for Leukemia Society of America - I have been involved with them since 1999. Our event this year is the Death Ride in California.

Mostly I wanted to echo the other posters and say Congrats! on your fundraising!! Our family has done a lot of fundraising for the Leukemia Society - great organization and cause.

Hey, sneaky beaky.................BUT I have discovered who the mysterious name was on my fundraising page this morning!

My, was I confused at seeing the name maillotpois.

What a lovely surprise to wake up to this morning, it means even more when it comes from a complete stranger.

Just a passing comment for any of you guys who are doing sponsored/charity rides, it can pay off writing to either big companies or a well known individual.

Where I live there is a very expensive area, Sandbanks, it also has the largerst natural harbour in Europe. Anyway, there is a guy who is a millionaire, into property development, one of these local lads made good. (No, I do not live that close to this area unfortunately).

He frequently annoys a lot of people because he buys up really nice 4 -5 bedroomed houses in an expensive area, knocks them down then builds a rather amazing property in it's place.

Anyway, I was more than grateful when he sponsored me for $200.

So, always try the old fashioned thing of writing a letter.
