Welcome, Duck! I put you on the chart in lbs, but let me know if you'd rather I switch it to kg.

We are missing a few weigh-in's this week - Did all the US residents get distracted by the long weekend?

    Yes, THANKYOU GLC!

I love seeing how great everyone is doing, it's very encouraging (even when I'm going the wrong way).

I didn't weigh in on time....was in CA running the Western States training run--what a hoot. I did alot of running and did not lose a pound, whats with that? 174.

Ahem...I weighed in on Saturday (Friday was the last day of trial). Up to 230.0. Could be worse - could be better. My ob gyn (in a very nice way) just educated me on exactly how much weight I've gained in the last few years. It's not pretty ladies.

No change this week for me. Still stuck at 206.6. But at least I didn't go up. And hopefully this is the last week I'm working long hours in the lab with no time for bike riding. There is finally light at the end of the PhD tunnel!

    Ughhhh, I'm up 2 lbs this week....139.5. I'm hoping it's a combination of things:

    1. my period being late
    2. commuting to work on a single speed, maybe I'm building more muscle
    3. much added stress this last week.

I sure hope that's all it is. Will have to wait and see what happens next week. Hope you all have done better than me this week.

Down just 1lb (approximately ... I should probably get a digital scale). Seems like not much, given how much more active I've been, and how careful not to overeat even at parties. I'm hoping this pound is just the first of many. Maybe all that activity has tipped me over the threshold I've been stuck at for weeks. Maybe now I can start on another downweight slope ...?

172.4- back to where I started a month ago I seem to be struggling lately, and just cannot get the scale moving down again-very frustrating. But, I am NOT giving up!

    190.6 lbs.

Up a bit, long week with a cold, little riding, and the kids are home as school is out. Gotta turn it around next week.
