Ran 5.25 miles yesterday. Took it slow and steady... ended up with a 10:30 minute mile.
My left leg/knee hasn't bee good since 5-11-08. So I have been a bit cautious with it. My IT band has flared up a bit, but I also have pain behind my left knee on the inside. Odd. I think it's my walking form that has done it, so I only ran yesterday.... no walking. Can't say it helped too much.
