eek - double brick with the club today.
that's 25min bike /10 min run and the same over again. I was riding 30-32 all the time but had no chance against the guys, and the iron girls/marathoners. Oh well.
I am satisfied for being able to handle my bike, and run off it. I'll still suck this year at my races compared to these uber-athletes, but I'll suck less.
