In Seattle, people actually donate $$$ so that we can continue to have mounted police.

In San Antonio, we have lots of cops on bikes. I saw a bike rack while walking on one of our main downtown street and there were about 30 bikes. Then I realized it was the bike rack in front of the police station and they were all police bikes.
Cops on bikes -- what a great thing!
