125. water weight is back!![]()
We just went out with DH's cousins for a traditional dinner here: potato "dumplings" (big lumps of grated potato and barley flour, boiled in broth til they're the consistency of a tennis ball made from wallpaper paste), with a topping of bacon, melted brown "cheese" (it's actually caramelized whey), and golden syrup. I know. Sounds disgusting. But actually quite tasty. Now the question is ... how much is this gonna weigh? Oh well. 2 more days til weigh-in. Tomorrow I'll extend my homeward ride from work to put in an extra hill, or 2 or 3. That should help.
Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.
