We spent the weekend in the Davis Mountains of Texas and they may be having odd weather. It was crazy windy several of the days, which the locals said usually only happens around Easter and earlier in Spring. Plus it was over 90 every day and their average summer highs are only in the mid 80's.

In Austin it seems to have been a drier year all around. We are having record breaking heat right now and no real rain to speak of in the forecast.
