Well i went for ride a few days ago with s/o, first time since my unjury only 18 miles, some short hills and a lot of flats. I had my areo bars on to, i loved them but am still a bit wobbly with then esp when changing gear. Talk about gears i am getting better at that to and using big cog a lot lot more which makes me faster. When we got to our turn around point s/o asked why i was going so fast, i said i dunno was i!!! When we got home he told me he could barely keep up with me on the flat!!!!! Way to go girl i thought Course hills are still letting me down some but i am sure that will improve to.
Thanks for all advice about bars and pedals, i have a birthday coming up soon so they are on my wish list
    Thanks again
