I'll take third (or is it fourth) dibs on it, just because I don't have a brooks and have heard so much about them.
My four year old son is totally into star wars, and I have seen (mainly heard, as it plays in the DVD player in the car) all of the movies multiple times, plus having to constantly answer questions about them.
Let me know, I'll in rolla saturday as usual. Hoping to ride in the park in eureka tomorrow, but will have the boy so it'll be 2 miles slow, lots of circling in the road because you can only ride so slow without falling over. He's at a stage where he goes too fast to walk with, but too slow to bike with.

PM'd you, Claudia. And to think I was just sitting here thinking, "Does anyone ever sell a used Brooks?"

Whichever one of you doesn't buy this one, I will probably have one for sale after I build up my Soma. Also a Honey B-17S. I bought it as a return from Wallbike but it doesn't have enough fore-aft adjustability for any of the bikes I currently own, and I really don't think it will work on the Soma, either ... I'm just waiting to make sure. I have only ridden it once for about a mile but someone else rode it for a while before me ... no sit bone dents, though.

So do not despair. This is not your last hope, there is another! (That was for you, Trek.)

yeah, I've got a gary fisher traila bike but he can't reach the pedals yet.
Probably best I didn't get first dibs on the brooks, reading other posts it sounds like it might be too narrow. I've never had sit bones measured, but I'm basically pretty wide all over.

    Sold!

    The saddle is sold.

Fastdogs...are you still riding today? Thunderstorms off and on. I played with the idea of driving down there too, but with the forecast I decided against it.

Also, did you see this? Route 66 ride on June 21st. Pyannyplayer may be there, I'll be there for sure. It sounds like fun.
