    She gave me the pie before I rode a single mile. Really good pie too. Thanks Zen!

    I'm done with my 200 mile ride on the GAP, C&O, (and even a bit of the WMRT). C&O was MUDDY on Tuesday, but GREAT trip otherwise. Details to follow soon.

    I think we need to schedule a TE canal ride (other than the complete through ride in the fall!)
    I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...
