I did an Iron Girl triathlon and it was a great experience. I've heard good things about other Iron Girl events but I don't know anything specific about this du.

Does anybody have any thoughts on the Iron Girl du in Minnesota?? I came across the website today and it looks pretty neat. Is it worth the $75 and travel/hotel expenses? Let me know if you've done it or think it's a great race!

Iron Girl Duathlon??
Hi! I ran across it this weekend. I'd like to try it but am not sure about the running portion. Not my strong point! I have heard it is a well organized event.
