No change for me - but that's OK. My goal is to maintain for one more week (through a federal trial), and then focus on trying to lose. Not going up with trial prep is a victory in and of itself.

Amazingly I was down a lb to 182. This was a very tough week with a bit of stress eating. So I am surprised. But I did make one big change this week, I had fallen into the habit of going to work on an empty stomach and then buying high fat/calorie breakfasts at the work cafeteria. I've got a list of changes I want to make and I know I can't or shouldn't do them all at once. So that one change is an accomplishment. Now if I could do something about this stressful life.
You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!

I'm in at 190.8 lbs this morning.

Biggest change I've made since starting a couple months ago was to stop eating before bed. Now I try not to eat at least 3 hrs before bed. Ok to drink water, and occasionally need a little recovery food after a late ride, but overall I think it's made the biggest difference.

I've slowed my weight loss and the weather continues to be crummy for regular riding. I hope as soon as I can get back to consistent miles, I'll shed some more wight.

Thanks for the challenge, it kept me from getting a shake last night with the kids. I would normally, but it was late last evening. I try not to limit foods I like, just watch the portions and time of day.

    Thanks again.

I gained 2.5 lbs!!! So i'm at 152.5 right now.

I have to admit, I did eat like a pig this week. Plus i'm finding it really hard to cook in this temporary living situation, because my bf's family is always occupying the kitchen and eating MY GROCERIES!!

Oh well, a new week, a new chance to start eating healthy again!

165 this morning. Up 1.5; gained back more than half of what I lost last week. I am expecting AF at any moment, though, so I am hoping it is water weight.

CA - What kind of law do you practice? I'm a lawyer, too -- commercial lit. I agree, managing NOT to gain weight during trial prep is a huge success.

limewave - have you recently increased your activity levels? every time I bump up my activity I have several weeks of gains in a row and then start losing. Are you drinking enough water and getting enough fruits and veggies? My only other thought for you is whether you are eating enough to support the amount of exercise you are doing. I know how frustrating it is, I have been exactly where you are. Just hang in there and keep doing what you are doing, and you will see results.

I'm at 195. Not sure what I said my last weigh in was. Well, I know that AF is on the way too, and doesn't look like I'm the only one!

I am so frustrated. I've been counting my calories every day, staying under 1650. I'm eating whole, healthy foods--nothing packaged or processed. I work out at least 1 hour a day, I do weight training 3-4 days a week. Can someone help me out please? WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?????????? And trust me, I'm not building muscles or getting leaner. My jeans are definitely getting smaller. I do have hypothyroidism, so I know it's harder to lose weight, but shouldn't I be making some kind of progress instead of moving up the scale?
I am there with you. I too have hypothyroidism and it seems no matter how hard I work out and how well I eat I can't drop any weight and the more I bike the tighter my clothes get. I wish I had adivice for you, but just know that you have my support in this.

My weight is up 1# to 150.

I need to drop out, as things are quite stressful here. No exercise and random eating make for disappointing numbers on the scale. I will rejoin the next challenge. Good luck, everyone!

Down a bit to 169.2. Finally budging the scale for the entire week, not just one day during the week!
