i ordered a fit ball video. I once had an intro video that came with my Gaiam fit ball and somehow lost it. I've tried a few others but not one that I liked as once. Now I can't remember the name exactly, it may be under "Balance Ball" but the instructor is Susan Deason and it is a Living Arts brand video.
