runny nose

I thought I was the only one who suffered from stuff pouring out my nose while riding. It happens every time I ride and it does not matter the time of year or the weather. I blow 3 or 4 snot rockets a minute! It isn't really like snot, more like water. My hubby won't even touch my bike when I get home because it is so covered in residue. So you all are saying that a neti pot before I ride will keep my nose from pouring liquid? I am tired of sniffling and blowing and having a raw nose every time I ride.

At the beginning to middle of my rides, I am an expert at snot rockets! Ok, some get blocked by my right sleeve/shoulder but for the most part they end up right where I want them..on the ground behind me. After awhile, my nose stops running and I can ride in peace. I used to stop and blow my nose all the time, it just got where I ran out of kleenex's and I would wash a few and it just got to be too time consuming. I can multi task by blowing and riding at the same time.
