That reminds me, I need to wash my gloves.
I suspect lots of people get runny noses, since most of the cycling gloves I've seen have soft, towel-like cloth on the back of the thumb.

There's even a name for it, exercise-induced rhinitis, and it's very common. The most frequent form is a runny nose that doesn't interfere with breathing, but congestion is common, too. Try using a neti pot before your workout.

Me too!!! my nose runs during every ride. My little Bento Box always has tissues.
My nose also runs when I eat.

Gloves and sometiems jerseys are designed with wiping surfaces.
In my breathing class we learned most poeple have a preferred nostril fo rbreathing. This came as no surprise to me since I rocket so much better from the left. I'm grateful that things tend to be easily dismissed in that fashion and that I do so much riding out in the cornfields.
Hmmm, we usually get this question in the fall, not the spring.
