I am not a doctor nor have I ever played one on tv but my guess would be normal healing time for tissue repair...maybe a week or a bit more.

while I was in China I saw women treated with acupuncture for this. Yes they put needles directly around the suspicious area and then electrically stimulated them. I think I'd rather have the biopsy.
