I think Silver and I are shooting for the Century on Saturday and Paris on Sunday.Currently, I'm planning on the 100 miler on Saturday and the 52 on Sunday (unless I want to go to Paris). I'm not particularly fast either but a nice paceline helps!
Remember, it's not a race. Last year, we averaged faster than we expected without a pace line...I think our average was in the 15 to 16 range.
We're going to check in Friday. We're at the Hampton. All the hotels are mostly in the same proximity, and for those who want to, the ride to the college is on decent roads (only about a mile).
Marcie, sorry you're tied up...I remember you saying that now.
