Kjay: Hope your hubby is ok! It's more important than ever that you take care of yourself in these situations. Make sure you eat some fruit and vegetables even if they are from the hospital cafeteria -- they will help you to keep the stress down!

{{{KJAY}}}} Hang in there. My thoughts are with you. Hospitals are not fun, and you are stressed if you are liking the hospital food. Hope your dh is doing better.

    Week 1 Results:

There are more than 30 of us!!
And since I know that a lot of people tend to come and go...lets say that if you miss 3 weeks of weigh-ins in a row, I'll 'hide' your name on this chart to keep it from getting unweildy. Of course, anyone is always welcome to come back at any time! This is about support for one and all!!

There were some great drops this week and many of us (myself included) who maintained. Here's to a strong performance for week 2 for all of us!!

oops--had a race and company for the weekend that just left--forgot to weigh in, but hadn't changed since last week when I finally stepped on the scale this morning. I will try harder this week, with less distractions!

I'm down 2 to 183. Now if I can just let that motivate me to get moving even more this week.
You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!

    Better late than never!!!

Hey thanks for letting me in!

    My start was 197.
My week weigh in on May 9th was 194.5.

I'm trying something totally different for me, counting Weight Watcher points. Anyone else doing this? I just got someone to get me the calculator, log and the books. I don't know how to do the points back for exercise, I just take 1/3rd of what I burned off and eat that back. Seems to work.

My 8 week goal is 2 lbs a week so it should be 181.

I expect the scale not to move this week because Aunt Flo (TTOM) is showing up. Sigh.

Hope everyone is kickin it. Thanks for lettin me in! Karin
