That's a matter of personal opinion and preference, but I'd definitely put a Brooks saddle on her. I would change out the stem and bars to Albatross bars, but that's just me. What you should do to it will depends on what you want to use it for. The albatross bars make it MUCH more upright, so make sure you want that before making the switch. (I did because this mine is going to be my "bar bike"/going out for an ice cream bike AND didn't really fit me with drop bars... )...never met a bike that I didn't wanna ride.
