I added a column for 'challenge goal' and I posted numbers for those who had shared them. This is not required, but if you want to have your goal for this 8-week challenge listed, post it here and I'll update. (not your ultimate goal)

    Good luck, all!!

Thanks GLC for taking this on!! Not an easy task I'm sure!!!

My Goal for the 8 wk challance will be 187 that'll give me 1 lb a week to shoot for so there should be no excuse NOT to at LEAST make my goal!!

although...I doubt my day of eating nothing but NACHO's Yesterday isn't helping!!! (my son is in Little League...and the ultimate Nacho's are hard to resist)

This is great. Thanks for making the chart. To be honest, I never tell anyone my weight, and it is good to see other women in the same boat------let's do this, girls!!!

I'll get us started today. Weight this morning was 185.0, I seem to be off to a good start. Now the question is, can I keep it that way.

I'm not off to such a good start....209 this morning. But I'm ending the week much better than I started so that should be promising for next week....

    UGH - 146.8

A gain of 2 pounds in one week.

So, listen to this sob story...

I am menopausal - haven't had a period in almost 2 years. On Monday, I start feeling lousy - bloated, really sluggish, heavy, my fingers start swelling - on Tuesday morning, I wake up and I am bleeding.

    What's up with that?

I don't even have any pads in the house - I had to rummage through my teenage daughter's bathroom to find something.

So I have been bleeding all week - a dirty, red-brown gross colored blood. Not a lot of it - just enough to be really annoying.

    And I weigh 146.8!

    Just shoot me now...

    Don't you just love hormones?

P.S. Oh - and you can put me down for a "challenge goal" weight of 140.

Can I join? I've been working hard to drop from my post-holiday high.

    192.4 lbs this morning.

Maybe you guys can kick my butt into dropping another 12 lbs.

My overall goal is 180, but I don't know if I can do that in 7 week. So short term goal would be 185.

    Oops...

Completely forgot to weigh in yesterday- I work early friday so it was just not on my mind- ( I was mainly thinking of dragging myself out of bed to be at work by 6.30 am!)
So today I weighed 150.2, that is just over 2lbs weight loss- I am happy with that given that we had to eat out almost every night last week - travelling etc.
( It was worth it to meet CC and her DH though
