How did everyone's rides go?

We had a great day. Everything went smoothly and the strawberries at all the rest stops were SO YUMMY! I've never done this ride before (this is only my second organized ride ever) and I was impressed by the level of organization, support, and by the food. We finished in just over 4 hours. That big hill at the end was a little tough because I was tired, but I made it up no problem. The scenery was beautiful and the weather was just about perfect (except for the wind).

The one thing I'd change next year is that I wouldn't drive down and back home in one day. We left at 4:00 am and got home at about 6:30 pm. Santa Rosa is about a 3 hour drive from home so it made for a really long day. I got home, took a shower, had a snack, went to bed and slept 13 hours!
