    Ugh.

OK....I'm gonna suck it up and bite. Nothing else seems to be working, and with the stress that I know is coming (trial!), I'd better have something to keep me accountable.

    Starting weight this AM - 229.0. Goal weight - I don't know - I'll see when I get closer.

Depending on where I place my scale, my weight can vary from one to four pounds. This is very frustrating! So, I'll pick a number and report 180 dead-on.

    Uh, oh

I posted on the wrong thread. I was thinking to myself, "Why isn't anyone posting their starting weight?"

    DUH!

So, for the record, my weight yesterday was 144.8

I am feeling like this time I might just be able to do it.

160.6 today(can't believe I'm making this public), 135 goal. I would like to lose at least 10 before the Tahoe ride in June! Thanks for the extra incentive.

Anybody on a plateau? Been eating right, riding your bike, maybe other exercise and yet stuck at a certain weight?

TCTREK>.. yep. I've lost 12-13 and plateau'd there. I haven't been SUPER crazy about dieting by any means, but the workouts have been good and consistent. I feel pretty good about being here but would like to move on now! I know it takes your body some adjustment time, but enough already! Guess I have to be more strict with the diet to jump in the right direction. That is my goal for the next couple of weeks and we'll see what happens!

TC Trek - I am the queen of the plateau. I have been working out 5 days a week and counting Weight Watchers points, and every freaking ounce is a struggle. I seem to lose in little spurts, and can't make any sense of it. From mid-March to mid-April, I gained 4 weeks in a row despite frequent good workouts and staying within my points, then lost all of it in a single week (a nearly 4-pound loss), then the last two weeks have been negligible losses, 0.6and 0.8. All I can do is to just keep working out and making healthy food choices, focus on non-scale victories like changes in the way my clothes fit or how solid my thighs are getting , and hope the scale will catch up sooner or later. Hang in there!
