    Begining weight 139.0 lbs. It's TTOM so, next weigh in should be a good one for me. My goal is to be under 135 for this challenge.

    Ugh.

    OK....I'm gonna suck it up and bite. Nothing else seems to be working, and with the stress that I know is coming (trial!), I'd better have something to keep me accountable.

    Starting weight this AM - 229.0. Goal weight - I don't know - I'll see when I get closer.
