    Thank you all. It's one of my favorite pictures and I often think of it when someone loses their dog to the Bridge.

    So pretty... I love it! You take such beautiful photos of your dogs. I'm a total GSD convert. They are such amazing dogs. We've even started working regularly as volunteers with the rescue where we got both our shepherds. If we had room, we would take them all in.

    Ah, shepherds, the gods of dogs...when our Reba died, I had the feeling that she had merely shed her hurting body and her spirit beat me back to the house, waiting just like that.

    Thank you. She's a very special girl and mommy's big helper. I'm fortunate to have these wonderful dogs in my life.
