i don't like this scary thread.

awesome war wounds though!

It def makes you aware of how quickly even the most experienced rider can have something go terribly wrong.

There is no 'gaurantee of safety' in this sport that is for sure, (mix in a little speed.. around a few thousand pound vehicles mixed in with road debri and little tires....stuff could happen)

If you view these as stories of survival....then they may not seem so scary

(and proof that Helmets DO save your noggin!)

and I am SO impressed to hear of these people getting 'back in the saddle' true brave people!!!

(or maybe it's just my own morbid show off your bruises thrill seeker self??)
