A GF friend gave me these two blogs as great resources, they might help: http://www.glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com/ and http://glutenfreegirl.blogspot.com/

If you are in the Portland area, I can find out which coffee shop she's selling her GF breads at - they sound devine! She makes: Banana Walnut, Banana Cardamom (w/ walnuts), Banana Coconut Pecan, Zucchini Walnut, Spiced Carrot (this is kind of like carrot cake with raisins and pecans), and Pumpkin Date Walnut. I'm ordering a loaf for my mother in law for mother's day, and will be trying the Banana Cardamom as soon as I can.

Lara Bars are Heavy - I'm not GF, rather Non-Peanut, so I tried them last summer and couldn't maintain it. I've recently found Mrs. May's Trio Bars (3 nuts, 3 seeds, 3 fruit) and Love them. (I think they are gf friendly, and available at Costco) Might be a partial option for you; I usually carry these and CarbBoom because Gu give me a stomach ache. Many friends swear by Sharkies (vegan - dunno about GF) and I find them easier to chew & swallow than Clif Shot Blocks.

My favorite Trio Bar is the Cranberry - 12g Fat, 14g Carb, 5g Protein
Ingredients: Cashew, Almonds, Pistachios, Cranberries, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Dates, Raisins, Rice Malt, Natural Flavors, Evaporated Cane Juice and Sea Salt.

You might want to check out YouBar also - have complete control over the ingredients. http://www.youbars.com/
