I swam yesterday for the second time this week -- that is my goal now -- minimum 2 a week, maybe 3 on a week I don't work much.

300 wu
300 drill sets
4x100 at moderate to fast pace (ok.. for me it's all go faster, or relax!)
6x50 Fartleks (fast crawl down 25 down, slow recovery breast on way back)
200 cool down.
so.... 1500m total?

I ALWAYS get a headache after being in the pool for more than a few minutes. Don't know if it is just the chlorine, the way I hold my head, the tight cap, or mental .... I really don't enjoy the swimming! Anyone else have this problem?
