There's a new one that I like, too: Weil by Nature's Path. Made with fruit and nuts. My favourite snacks are Riceworks rice chips and Snack peas - baked peas and they have protein and fibre (and taste like they are all bad). I've started making Bob's red mill Cornbread (yummy) using powdered coconut milk instead of soy or rice milk, and yes, I eat *very* little gluten free bread. It's yucky. And the best I have found has a little bit of milk in it, so it's still not perfect for me.

I agree on the cliff shot blocks, and the cliff shots are good, too, with brown rice syrup as the main sugar source. Sharkies look like they are okay, too.

Just try stuff on rides when it's not quite as important so that when you race or do an event you know what works best for you.
