    and a few others here and there.

    Watch out for the Luna bars, they have oats which gets enough gluten going that they can set you off.

    Love my Clif Bloks. (and Cravings Place cookies... which travel well!) Dried fruit, fresh fruit, nuts.

    I avoid gluten free bread for the most part. It's just icky to me. Rice crackers and rice cakes, corn tortillas, lots of options besides bread. I don't generally take them on the bike, though. I bring the denser stuff (cliff bloks, dried fruit, nuts, bananas).
