You know it's funny i do personally manage my stress in everyway I can. I think i just needed a little something extra this time around. I mean really, I bike, play Volleyball, do yoga, meditate, spray my house with lavander oil, and just in general try and have fun. I told the Dr all this and said in short of just walking away from everything what more can I do? And she said sometimes we just need a little something to help our brain slow down. She is not big on giving out persriptions unless really needed. She only gave me 10 pills this first time. I am sure that is to see if it is right for me and all but she is conservative which is good.
Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape.
