    Straight Carbon Seatpost -- new

    Hello,
I'd like to get rid of the seatpost that came stock on my Scott Contessa CR1 pro. I don't know the make of the post; it has no brand markings on it. I also don't know the weight. It is, however, a *carbon* post (not a vanity carbon-wrapped aluminum post). It has a fairly easy to use, infinitely adjustable two-bolt attachment. It's quite attractive actually, no big logos, black anodized hardware...

Unfortunately, I know I will never use it because it's a straight post and I need setback on every frame I try. This seatpost has only been adjusted/ridden during one fitting session -- I haven't even used it in the trainer.

It's 31.6 mm in diameter and according to my not perfectly precise measuring, 300mm long.

    $35 including shipping.

I also do not need the stock stem. It is black aluminum & Scott-branded (logo is subtle). 80mm, fits 31.8 bars & 1 1/8 headset. Don't know what the rise is (it's definitely not an extreme rise), nor what the weight is. $20 including shipping.
