Ha! I just ordered the same sweater on Monday, Trisk!

I ordered that one since I wear my Carrie hoodies so much. I debated between the sandstone and the currant, but I figured the sandstone was a good spring neutral. I also ordered a Rossa Hoody and a Cadence T. I'll be sure to report back how much I love them all once they arrive.

I'm looking forward to your reviews on the sweater. I've been eyeing it for a while now. It looks like the same cut as a full zip shak but without the pocket.

    jacket

Hey GLC, my mom loves the jacket! She did mention it's a bit itchy but if it doesn't fit me she'll wear it.

Any IBEX items that don't have the scratchy feeling to them?

I haven't had itchiness with any of my 15 or 20 pieces of Ibex. (even the Ibex underwear!)

None of my ibex items are scratchy, but the silkiest smoothest ones are my kates and polo Ts. Shaks are soft, so are the norgie crews. The only piece that comes close to being scratchy is my ribbie, and that's cuz the ribs are rough feeling, but not really scratchy.

Ibex has a new full zip on their website called the 405. It is made of "milled wool". Does anyone know what this is? Would it be itchy?

    I second all of this.
I love the very slight rough feeling of my ribbies....on the other hand, a girlfriend of mine did not like hers for that reason, so we traded Ibex pieces and I got her ribbie.

Some items are softer than others. I was a bit surprised that my boucle items felt a bit 'scratchy' at first, but after one wearing, I stopped noticing it. I've foung that the softest Ibex stuff to be the 17.5 items (Kates, t's, underlayers...etc).

I only tried on the jacket once, and I never wore it, so I can't really offer any opinions of it. My guess is that after a wearing or two, she won't notice it at all. Did she find it itchy when worn over another layer...or did it just feel a little itchy on her hands?
