Type tracert forums.teamestrogen.com and hit enter. That will then show you every step along the path that the packet of data takes to get between your computer and the forums. It could be that the forums are okay but there's a roadblock somewhere between you and them, which could cause some people to have problems while others get to the site just fine.

Okay, I'm not holding my breath on that one. We have a new ISP -- definitely NOT by choice -- our old provider was bought by another company. Customer service stinks, service itself stinks, repair work stinks...
