    rj...I have anxiety issues also. Have had a couple of panic attacks, anxiety, worry, etc. Doc told me when the palps started, to sip a glass of ice cold water, and it works every time! Nothing scientific about it...good old distraction makes the palps go away. That, and I do a lot of yoga, and a little meditation, but it's hard to quiet my mind enough for it to do any good. I think that anything that takes your mind off your anxiety will quiet your heart, as long as there's no medical reason for the arrythmia's. JMHO
