I thought a "brownie edge" was some kind of bike computer.
I just baked banana bread, and BF and I each grabbed an end while they were still warm and crunchy. Wonder if this works for more than brownies?

I work at a foodcrafters' supply warehouse called Kitchen Krafts in the winters, and we sold hundreds of the Edge Brownie pans this year. Tons. Backorders. Who knew?
If you're interested, it's kitchenkrafts.com.(Am I allowed to say that on here?)

"My predominant feeling is one of gratitude. I have loved and been loved;I have been given much and I have given something in return...Above all, I have been a sentient being, a thinking animal, on this beautiful planet, and that in itself has been an enormous privilege and an adventure." O. Sacks
solveig-thankyou for the link to the sight. I thought I died and went to cooking heaven. That place has anything and everything for the baker. Just in looking there were things that I actually need and have been looking for but could never find.
May everyone on TE enjoy their next brownie batch
Here is to lots of eating.
