I've got the Blackburn Mars 3.0 on all three of my bikes. You can secure it a little better using using a tie wrap if you are mounting it on your seat pack. The seat post mount is very secure and won't bounce off.

Another vote for the Superflash. When I was trying them out in the store I could look at all of the other tail lights, but that one left me blinking and seeing spots.
I'm another that can highly recommend the superflash. There is no problem being seen with one of those. Living in Portland, we have 9 months of rain and fog. Works great. (If I remember correctly, Susan O. has 'em on her bike too, if ours isn't enough of an endorsement.)
