I am fortunate in that I like all portions of a brownie.

I thought a "brownie edge" was some kind of bike computer.

I just baked banana bread, and BF and I each grabbed an end while they were still warm and crunchy. Wonder if this works for more than brownies?

I work at a foodcrafters' supply warehouse called Kitchen Krafts in the winters, and we sold hundreds of the Edge Brownie pans this year. Tons. Backorders. Who knew?

If you're interested, it's kitchenkrafts.com. (Am I allowed to say that on here?)
