Did 45 minutes at a good pace, then 8x20 sec sprints to finish. Felt good doing it, got completely soaking wet. But after the shower, everything started to hurt in my ankles / feet. What?! Could it be the new shoes? Only the 3rd time I've ran in them, and the first time was on pavement / hills for first time in a long time, so I wrote it off to that. Maybe there is something not right for me with these shoes? Hmm... I wonder if there is money back after 15-20 miles? I guess I give them a little more time and see what I think.
BUT... LANCE talked to me on my i-pod/nike plus thing today! He said, "congratulations... you just made a personal best mile time!". I love hearing Lance in my ears!
