Hey Fresh--

It's frustrating when you don't have time for the things you love ... especially when it's new and wonderful and you want to keep making progress. Don't let it get you down. Hope you have good riding weather this weekend. It's supposed to be hot as he!! in So. Indiana ... but I remind myself that cycling is a much better hot weather activity than running (which is my primary "sport.")
