Tr..alse. I wear them when I "have to", when the weather's damp or I'll be out for a long time in changing conditions, because there's nothing that handles that quite as well as wool. But I prefer wicking synthetics.

TPBM likes listening to Louis Armstrong too! (That's what I'm doing right now - makes me happy )

Not Armstrong, but Emerson Hart.....a little different!

TPBM has no real hair style, because it is too hard to have a 'hairstyle' and wear a helmet all the time.....

I'm not sure... when I walk out of my hairdressers, I have a fabulous hair style, then the next day after I wash it, there is no style. Hair in ponytail, with visor or helmet hair. Why is helmet hair bad?

TPBM can get through the morning without coffee.

True! Three years ago my acupuncture doctor took me off coffee because of some very stubborn tendinitis I was having. Honestly I can't say I noticed the difference in the level of soft tissue inflammation, but I feel way healthier all around. Don't make me leave the house without my green tea though.

True...my roommate is actually the main person who does the gardening but I am learning from her and enjoy doing some of it too (which works out well because we're both busy and it's good to have two of us taking care of it!). I'm looking forward to all those fresh veggies this summer!

True! - nor do I like pointy toed shoes, and I believe those who insist that they are not uncomfortable must have oddly shaped feet or a higher tolerance for pain than I do.... (and I believe I have a very high tolerance for pain...)

My thoughts exactly...or the third option is that they're just full of it! As for taking yoga classes, false--just not my cup of tea. I'd rather take a good run, ride, hike or swim any day.

False. I took an 8 week class two years ago and loved it. I've been meaning to do more ever since but still haven't. Haven't even used my "Yoga for Cyclists" DVD

False. I've only done one 50 miler (and 2 40 milers) and it was a big deal.
