If you get a referral from your chiropractor, your insurance may cover the massage. Also the chiropractor will be able to specify exactly what type of work they think would be beneficial.

Is there a school of massage in your area? If so, see if they have a student clinic. I utilize the local student clinic in my area and the young people do an outstanding job. They are a lot cheaper too!

I've had student massages at the local Oriental medicine school here in Seattle. They are not only very good, you get an hour for $20!
