Hey, newbie, I celebrate with you! What a great feeling! It seems like on every ride, I'm more at home on the bike. It used to take all my courage just to get on the road - now I'm beginning to relax and enjoy.
I generally only run if something or someone is on fire. Too big, too many moveable parts.
